Prior to Landecon, Puja held senior roles at British Land, Transport for London and CBRE, leading projects and transactions over £3bn GDV and 5m sq ft of commercial real estate across the UK and EMEA. As a trained architect and qualified chartered surveyor, she brings a unique combination of design, strategy and commercial rigour, creating places that work for occupiers and deliver long-term value for investors and asset owners.
